baltimorecomdlmp

On July 26, 2022 graduate students from Goucher College's MA in Cultural Sustainability and MA Historic Preservation programs visited sites in Towson. One of the stops was the historic marker outside of the Old Jail where Howard Cooper was lynching in 1885. Members of the Coalition spoke about historic significance, cultural partnerships, and meaning making through the use of monuments and spaces.
